OVYN Architecture

Three layers. One signed-off output.

The OVYN platform is built as three trademarked layers. Each one solving a different Your Brand problem, each one swappable independently. Beneath them: brand-as-model encoding (essence · corpus · brand-fit · adapter) that makes a Your Brand variant read instantly as Your Brand. This is what runs underneath every version, every MLR check, every channel deploy.

Category
OVYN is the MLR-grade production layer for pharma DTC.
Brief in. Channel-ready, claims-cited, MLR-scored versions out. From brief to channel in 48 hours, not 8 weeks. The platform is three trademarked layers. Each enforced by code, not by hope.
The encoding

Brand-as-model · 4-layer encoding

OVYN does not configure a general model with brand rules. Each brand is encoded as its own model. Four artifacts the platform produces per tenant, sequenced so each new tenant gets stronger every quarter. The three-layer stack below is the operational chrome that runs on top. The four artifacts here are why a Your Brand execution reads instantly as Your Brand.
A1
Essence anchor
Thesis, story, truths, anti-positioning, tells. Identity surfaced first in the generation prompt, before any rule. Closes the gap where rule-compliant executions still read as generic.
Live across all brands
A2
Brand corpus + retrieval
50 to 500-plus pieces of past shipped content per brand. The engine retrieves up to 12 relevant pieces per generation as anchoring material. The model patterns against real brand writing, not abstract rules.
Live across all brands
A3
Brand-fit identity scoring
Independent axis from compliance. Each execution scored 0 to 100 against essence plus corpus. Below 60 reads as off-brand even if compliance-clean. Surfaces in the audit drawer alongside rule-rail provenance as the third axis of the three-axis check.
Live across all brands
A4
Adaptive per-brand model
Every approved execution auto-promotes into the brand's precedent library. At inference time, top-K precedents are retrieved and rendered as match-this-voice anchors above the general corpus. The adapter sharpens with every approval. Real-time, no retrain cycle. And every precedent used is citable in the audit drawer. The work competitors structurally cannot replicate without your content and your permission.
Live. Sharpens with every approval
Three production tenants run the full encoding today. Nourish Health (v10, 20 corpus pieces, brand-fit avg 92), Lumen Oncology (v2, 17 corpus pieces, brand-fit avg 91), and Product X (v2, 18 corpus pieces, brand-fit avg 86). Live as of 2026-05-22.

Studio OS
The orchestrator · the surface
Brief → strategic guidance → versions → channel-ready output → Veeva archive.
Activation is the orchestrator that takes a marketing goal, pulls the right brand facts from Intelligence, runs every output through Content Engine, and pushes the approved executions to your channels and Veeva PromoMats. It's the surface your team actually uses. The layer that compresses 8 weeks of agency cycles into 48 hours.

02Layer
Compliance Rail
MLR pre-check · enforcement layer
Every output, every execution, scored against FDA / OPDP rules before MLR sees it.
Content Engine is the rule engine that grades every version produced by Activation against fair-balance, ISI ratio, off-label language, outcome-guarantee patterns, and 11 other regulatory dimensions. Average score, score per rule, citation back to the OPDP guidance the rule derives from. Failures don't ship. They get auto-rewritten and re-graded until they pass.

Brand Brain
Per-brand RAG · the source of truth
Every claim, every label fact, every approved asset, every competitor move. Indexed and retrievable.
Intelligence is the per-brand context layer. Your Compound's label, Your Brand's approved claims library, prior MLR-cleared creative, competitor positioning, and patient-forum intelligence. All indexed in a retrieval-augmented layer that Activation pulls from on every generation. No claim makes it into a version unless it's in Intelligence and cited. This is the moat. And the reason every output reads on-voice and stays in-label.

Why three layers
Each layer is swappable.
Intelligence ingests whatever Veeva and your CRM hold. Content Engine swaps rule sets per indication. Activation adapts to whichever channels you run. You don't replace the platform when something changes. You reconfigure one layer.
What enforcement means
No output reaches MLR without passing the Rail.
This isn't a checklist. Content Engine rejects versions before they ever leave Activation. Your MLR queue stops being a sieve and becomes a sign-off. Average pre-check pass rate across regulated workloads we run today: 97.5%.
What happens at onboarding
4–6 weeks from contract to live.
Week 1–2: Intelligence ingests Your Compound label + Your Brand approved claims library. Week 3–4: Content Engine tuned to your indication's rule set. Week 5–6: Activation wired to Veeva PromoMats + your channel stack. Pilot output starts day 1; full tenant goes live week 6.
